For Active Accounts: Any overpayments made by a customer will be reflected as a credit balance on their account that will be applied to future bills. Refunds: Cancellation of service is required before a refund may be offered. Please review the terms of your contract for details. Refunds of unused portion of paid service will be processed after the last day of service.
