Yesterday, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte imposed a quarantine on portions of northern Italy to slow the growth of the Coronavirus COVID-19. Today, Prime Minister Conte imposed the quarantine on the ENTIRE COUNTRY.

The new rules restrict movement across the country and bans public gatherings. Schools and Universities are also closed across the country until at least April 3, 2020.

"There won't be just a red zone, there will be Italy."

This policy extends the restrictions that had been placed on several regions in northern Italy, to the entire country. Italy is currently dealing with the worst coronavirus outbreak in Europe.
